Once an order has been dispatched, risk of loss passes to the customer. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us directly and we will investigate.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, products will not be used for human consumption or clinical application, you are 18 years of age or older, these products are not intended for therapeutic use and have not been submitted for any regulatory approval, and you accept full responsibility for the lawful use of any product purchased.
All product descriptions, purity figures, and specifications are provided for research reference purposes only. Purity data is derived from third-party Certificate of Analysis (CoA) reports. Vital Research Labs makes no therapeutic, medical, or health claims regarding any product.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is accepted via bank transfer. Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment receipt. Vital Research Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Vital Research Labs is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right, which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. While we are unable to accept physical returns, nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Vital Research Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
